Payment Method
3M.com offers several payment options:

Check Payments: To remit payments via check (mailed via regular mail only), send a check (payable to 3M Company) to the address listed on the 3M invoice.

Electronic Payments: This is the preferred payment method for 3M. Banking information and instructions for electronic payments are provided. On the day of the electronic payment to 3M, remittance details with the 3M account number, Account Name, and Payment Amount should be emailed.

How To Open A 3M Account?
To open an account on 3M.com, follow these steps:
- Click on "Account" and then “Sign In” at the top right of the 3M website.
- Click “Register” in the Enterprise Network Login - New User section.
- Enter the appropriate Registration Code (provided to you by a 3M representative, and not meant to be shared).
For 3M Suppliers and Partners, access to bCom is available to purchase products, check order status and update profile information. To get started, an authorization code from a 3M Customer Service Representative is needed. Once the authorization code is obtained, registration to become a 3M Partner can be initiated.

3M Return Policy?
The return policy for 3M is as follows:
- Returns within 30 days from the date of shipment will be accepted for a full refund.
- Returns within 31-90 days from the date of shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns over 90 days from the date of shipment will not be accepted.
Please note that returns are subject to 3M’s applicable return goods policy and require advance 3M authorization. It's important to keep the account current at all times. If the account balance is not current, 3M may withhold shipments, payments, or other benefits, and/or assess late fees and interest on past due amounts.
For 3M Fall Protection products purchased after November 15, 2015, they are not returnable. The return policy for Capital Safety products, which was recently acquired by 3M, still apply. For Capital Safety Fall Protection Products, please continue to follow the Capital Safety return process.
